Eligibility Requirements:
For those aspiring to be recipients of the 2024 Bilkent University International Scholarships, meeting the eligibility criteria is the first step towards realizing academic dreams. The key requirements include:
- Academic Achievement: Applicants must possess a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 for BSc graduates or MSC students at the time of application.
- Standardized Test Scores: Turkish citizens residing in Turkey are required to submit an ALES score of <55 (quantitative), while others should provide a GRE General Test score of 153 (quantitative). However, candidates falling slightly below this threshold with a robust academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is assessed through TOEFL IBT (at least 87), IELTS (at least 6.5 average with 5.5 in each section), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).

- Language Proficiency: Demonstration of fluency in written and oral English through accepted tests. Each graduate school’s website provides a list of recognized tests.
- Official Transcripts: Submission of official transcripts highlighting academic achievements and qualifications.
- Letters of Recommendation: Recommendations from instructors or individuals qualified to evaluate the applicant’s academic prowess.
